Driven By Passion
Florville Farm2Table Food Corporation is a family-owned business founded in 2016 by Engr. Rolando Mangulabnan and his wife Mrs. Flor Mangulabnan, from which the company derived its name.
Owning two farms in Bulacan, one in Norzagaray and the other in San Jose del Monte, they raised wild native pigs, ducks, lamb, and wide variety of fish, along with growing fruits and vegetables. Driven by their love of authentic Filipino cuisine, they conceptualized a restaurant in which all the animal livestock and plant produce will be featured.
Currently, the corporation is presided and managed by their son, Dr. Van Derick Mangulabnan, with the assistance of their daughter Ms. Marifel Mangulabnan as Vice President.
Florville Building was constructed in 2016 to be the site for which the restaurant was to be established. It has a 32-vehicle capacity basement and outdoor parking, two floors for the main restaurant and the events hall, and a roofdeck for special occasions.
Being environment conscious, the building was designed and built to be the first 100% compliant green building in the metro. The roofdeck is installed with solar panels which produce an average of 50 kilowatts reducing electrical demand by 20 to 25 percent. There is a liquid waste disposal system, solid waste management and collection system. The building is also a rain catchment structure with cisterns to store rainwater, which aims to reduce floods in the surrounding areas and with the capability to recycle water to be used for the toilets and watering plants within the restaurant.
