Driven by their love of authentic Filipino cuisine, owners Engr. Rolando Mangulabnan and his wife Mrs. Flor Mangulabnan conceptualized a restaurant where they can feature their own animal livestock and plant produce from their farms in Bulacan.
Raising wild native pigs, ducks, lamb, and a wide variety of fish, along with growing fruits and vegetables in our farms in Bulacan, we feature our very own animal livestock and plant produce as main ingredients, serving our customers only the freshest and most flavorful Filipino dishes.
THE CHEFS & STAFF
We can whip up special hors d'oeuvre platters or full course meals, whatever satisfies our clients. Our kitchen and front-of-the-house staff are as highly skilled and professionally trained as they are committed to display the Filipino way of hospitality, treating our customers like family.
